4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qi777 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Users must transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not possible. The maximum deposit limit depends on the user's account tier and payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 applies on the first deposit at qi777. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The following points must be kept in mind when using bonuses:

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games at qi777
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires
• qi777 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus

5.4 VIP Program

qi777's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their volume and regularity of play.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

qi777 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are determined independently and impartially. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, qi777 reserves the right to correct that payout.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Users may contact the support team at any time to permanently or temporarily close their account. It is the user's own responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Providing false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent activities
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of money laundering

8.3 Balance of a Closed Account
